1. Core Compliance Services
    1.1 Registration for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances in China: In accordance with the Measures for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), we provide full-chain compliance services for regular registration, simplified registration, new-use registration, and registration applications.
    1.2 Pesticide Registration in China: In accordance with the Regulations on Pesticide Administration and the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration (Order No. 3 of 2025 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs), we provide full-process registration agency services covering product chemistry, toxicology, efficacy, residues, environmental impact, and other aspects.
    1.3 Cosmetics Registration in China: In accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and the Measures for the Administration of Cosmetics Registration and Filing, we provide full-process agency services for special cosmetics registration, ordinary cosmetics filing, and registration and filing of new cosmetic ingredients.
    1.4 Hazardous Chemicals Registration in China: In accordance with the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law, effective May 1, 2026, we provide hazardous chemicals registration agency services and application services for the “one enterprise, one product, one code” system.
    1.5 Classification Assessment of Bulk Liquid Substances Carried by Ships in China: In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Classification Assessment of Bulk Liquid Substances Carried by Ships, the MARPOL Convention, and the IBC Code, we conduct classification assessments for bulk liquid substances not listed in the IBC Code, determine their pollution categories and carriage conditions, and issue reports to ensure lawful shipment.
    1.6 Environmental Safety Assessment of Microbial Agents for Environmental Protection in China: In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Environmental Safety of Imported and Exported Microbial Agents for Environmental Protection and the Guidelines for Environmental Safety Assessment (HJ/T 415-2008), we provide product testing and environmental safety assessment services for microbial agents, issue assessment reports, and ensure the lawful import and application of products.
